After obtaining her Cosmetology license from the Ambler Beauty Academy in 1989, Lisa’s passion for skin, nail care and the art of makeup inspired her to open Heaven & Earth Salon & Spa in Lafayette Hill, PA.
Since opening Heaven & Earth, Lisa has quickly garnered a reputation among her clientele by forgoing convention, which has added to her exclusivity and allure. She has established herself as an expert Makeup Artist, Manicurist and Esthetician, specializing in Skin Care and Makeup.
Lisa has spent many years pursuing the best training possible, and has attended an abundance of classes and trade shows, focusing on all areas of her business. Some notable experiences have included: The Conservatory of Esthetics, The Makeup School NYC, Atelier Esthetique, The Powder Room, The Makeup Shop, MAC, and The Aveda Institute in NYC, Minneapolis and California.
Throughout her career, Lisa’s talent has also given her the opportunity to perform makeup techniques for local television spots, print media and fashion shows.
A master of her craft, Lisa keeps up with the latest techniques and trends, as they appear on the fashion scene, while maintaining close, personal relationships with her clientele.
Lisa currently resides in Lafayette Hill with her loving husband, Andrew, and beautiful, spunky daughter Lillian Faye.
Nadeen Ciccotti-Griffin
Hair Stylist
Since beginning her career in 1996, Nadeen has earned a reputation as an accomplished stylist as a result of her expert technique of precision cutting and coloring as well as her dedication to each and every one of her clients.
Before joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2004, Nadeen spent many years pursuing the best training possible. In addition to graduating from Cosmetology School in 2001, she has attended a number of Cutting and Coloring classes including Goldwell, Aveda, Bumble & Bumble and Redken.
While serving as one of Heaven & Earth’s many talented stylists, Nadeen continues to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service as well as staying on top of current industry trends.
Mary Dijiosia
Nail Technician
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team as an expert Nail Technician in May of 2002, Mary has gained a reputation for her specializations in manicures and pedicures as well as specialty services such as Silk Wraps, Body Waxing and Shellac for nails.
After receiving her Nail Technician certification in 1982, Mary began to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service and has continued to do so as a member of the Heaven & Earth team.
Annette Donahue
Senior Nail Technician
After graduating from the Ambler Beauty Academy in 1991, Annette immediately joined the team at Heaven & Earth as a Senior Nail Technician; specializing in such services as Acrylic Tips, Manicures and Pedicures.
Annette has spent many years pursuing the best possible training and recently obtained her full Cosmetology license from the Magnolia Beauty School in order to remain at the forefront of the latest and hottest techniques in the industry.
In addition to her specializations in nail care, Annette will soon begin extensive training in hair with the ultimate goal of becoming a stylist in the near future.
Dixie Dunbar
Hair Stylist, Colorist, Make-up
After graduating from the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2003, Dixie underwent extensive training in the industry and soon joined the Heaven & Earth team, specializing in all facets of the industry.
In addition to attending classes in Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania to perfect her knowledge and skills, Dixie is a licensed Cosmetologist as well as a trained Redken Master Specialist.
As a Senior Stylist at Heaven & Earth, Dixie offers everything from Hair, to Waxing and Makeup, while maintaining close, personal relationships with her clientele.
An Nguyen
Hair Stylist, Colorist
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2004, An has earned a reputation as an accomplished hair stylist, not only for his expert technique of precision cutting & coloring, but also for his expertise in Hair Straightening. While here at Heaven & Earth, An won Best of Philly 2006 for Best Blow Dry.
An has spent over a decade pursuing the best training possible. In addition to graduating from the Jean Madeline Beauty School, he is also a Redken Master Specialist with certifications in both Brazilian Keratin and Goldwell Color.
In order to further his knowledge and skills, An has attended cutting and color classes such as: Vidal Sassoon, Shinbi Hair Straightening System, TIGI and Bumble & Bumble NYC. He is John Sahag Dry Cutting Certified. He is also certified in all Keratin Treatments.
While serving as one of Heaven & Earth’s many talented stylists, An has continued to dedicate himself to outstanding customer service while staying on the cutting edge of industry trends.
Monica Kremer
Hair Stylist, Colorist
After graduating from the Jean Madeline School of Cosmetology, Monica immediately became a part of the Heaven & Earth team in 2002; specializing in all types of cutting and color services, as well as bridal up-dos.
Monica has continued to hone her knowledge and skills, by attending numerous continuing education classes including those at the Redken Exchange in New York.
While serving as one of Heaven & Earth’s many talented stylists, Monica continues to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service and the latest ideals of appearance.
Mande Velez
Hair Stylist, Color Specialist
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2009, Mande has become well-known for her fashion forward styles and precision cutting & coloring. A graduate of Jean Madeline in Philadelphia, she has worked in many of the area’s top salons for over 15 years.
She has travelled around the country, including New York, Miami, Denver and California, as an educator in all facets of the hair industry. Currently, she enjoys being an educator for L’anza Healing Haircare professional products. She has worked along side several award-winning hair stylists such as Phillip Wilson, Oscar Bond and the Doves of California, benefitting from their vast experience and knowledge.
She has advanced training in special effects coloring, dry haircutting, short hair cuts, and razor cuts and continues her education to remain current on industry trends. She is also certified in Keratin treatments.
A several year participant in Philly Phasion Phest, she won Best Cut/Color in 2007.
Christy Stimmler
Hair Stylist, Colorist
After graduating from the Lansdale School of Cosmetology in 1991, Christy immediately began her career at Heaven & Earth, specializing in Color Correction.
Christy has undergone extensive training in hair cutting and coloring techniques, with industry leaders such as Redken, Nexxus and Perma of Paris.
With a strong emphasis on customer relations, Christy remains true to her belief that an excellent initial consultation is the foundation for a great hairstyle.
“It is important that the client and I understand each other, before the work begins,” she explains.
Marisa Burkett
Esthetician, Make-up Artist
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2001, Marisa has quickly gained a reputation as an expert Esthetician and Make-Up Artist. Clients enjoy her calming demeanor and professional manner.
A 2001 graduate of the Ambler Beauty Academy, Marisa continues to attend classes for training in the latest industry practices. Her education includes attending the Conservatory of Esthetics and the Dermal Institute. Marisa has complete over 150 hours in Advanced Esthetic training to be Certified in Medical Aesthetics and a Licensed Esthetician.
While serving as one of Heaven & Earth’s finest Esthetician and Make-Up Artists, Marisa specializes in Corrective Skin Care and the prevention of acne, aging and rosacia for men, women and teens. She continues to maintain her expertise in body and facial waxing, clinical skin treatments, microdermabrasion, anti-aging, flawless complexions. Marisa enjoys applying bridal and any special occasion make-up for her clients. Marisa’s “brides” continue to glow throughout their special day.
Marisa’s work has also been featured in such media outlets as The Philadelphia Inquirer and FOX Philadelphia’s, “Good Day” Morning News Program.
Tiffany Nurick
Stylist
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2001, Tiffany has earned a reputation as an accomplished hair stylist as a result of her expert technique of precision cutting & coloring as well as her expertise in Hairloc Hair Extensions.
Tiffany has spent many years pursuing the best training possible. In addition to graduating from the Gordon Phillips Beauty School in 1997, she has attended many cutting and color classes such as Pivot Point, Vidal Sassoon, RUSK Goldwell, Wella and Perma of Paris and the Redken Exchange in New York.
While serving as one the many talented stylists on the Heaven & Earth team, Tiffany continues to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service and the latest ideals of appearance.
Mary Parkinson
Cosmetology Manager
Mary started in the salon industry in 1981, a graduate of Wilfred Academy. She began her career in Northeast Philadelphia, and in 1985 opened Tres Belle Salon, a full service salon in Manayunk. As a full-time working owner, she enjoyed servicing her clients in all areas of artificial nails and full body waxing in addition to managing and teaching staff, marketing in and out of the salon and continuing her education.
Her extended education includes salon management and marketing seminars, many advanced classes in acrylics, hand-feet care, nail gels, tips plus body waxing. She was involved in multiple Aveda worldwide conventions, fund raising and client workshops for personal education.
In 2006, she closed the doors to Tres Belle to follow her clients to the Lafayette Hill area at Gail Devereaux. She joined the angels at Heaven & Earth in 2009 where she continues to enjoy servicing her clients in the latest in the nail and waxing industry.
Maria DeGideo
Stylist
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2000, Maria has earned a reputation as an accomplished hair stylist, not only for her expert technique of precision cutting and coloring, but also for her expertise in Brazilian Hair Straightening.
Maria has spent many years pursuing the best possible training. In addition to graduating from North Penn Technical School in 2006, she has attended several classes in order to keep up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene.
While serving as one of Heaven & Earth’s many talented stylists, Maria continues to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service.
Michelle Sergio
Esthetician, Make-up Artist
Michelle graduated from the Vision Academy of Esthetics in Ambler, then she became part of the Heaven & Earth team in September 2010.
She has a passion for skin care and continuing education in esthetics. Michelle previously worked for Aveda and attended their make-up and skin care classes.
Her services include: waxing, customized glycolic peels, facials, microdermabrasion and eyelash tinting.
Tammy Marchozzi
Nail Technician
After graduating from Central Montgomery Area Technical School in 1989, Tammy continued her studies and quickly became an Expert Nail Technician.
Upon joining the team at Heaven & Earth as a Nail Technician, Tammy quickly earned her reputation as a talented manicurist with specializations in such services as Acrylic Tips, Gel Tips and Manicures.
As one of the many talented member of the Heaven & Earth team, Tammy continues to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service and the latest ideals of appearance.

Ann Gray
Massage Therapist
Ann joined the team in October of 2009 and loves being a part of the Heaven and Earth family! Ann graduated from the National Academy of Massage Therapy and Healing Sciences in April of 2008.
Since then she has dedicated herself to expanding her skills and knowledge of massage and bodywork through continuing education courses and personal study. Certified in LaStone and specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Ann enjoys creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience that is unique for each client.
Susan Seideman-Brown
Massage Therapist
Susan joined Heaven & Earth in the fall of 2010. She graduated from The International School of Shiatsu in 2008. Her specialties include Swedish, deep tissue, reiki, hot stone treatments, shiatsu, reflexology and myofascial technique. Clients find her massages deep, gentle, thorough, and effective. For an enjoyable and relaxing session, Susan says always communicate your likes and dislikes before your massage.
Bonita Jost
Hair Stylist
Bonita brings over 15 years of experience to Heaven & Earth. Her expertise includes the latest in hair cutting, coloring, perming and styling for clients from toddlers to seniors. She specializes in highlights and corrective color services.
She enjoys learning the latest techniques and has extensive training in hair cutting and coloring techniques with industry leaders such as Aveda, Paul Mitchell, Rusk and Goldwell.
Bonita ensures her clients' satisfaction with regular consultations and listening to their hairstyle concerns.
Casey Hibbs
Massage and Reflexology
After graduating from Massage Therapy School in April of 2007 and undergoing extensive training in the industry, Casey began her career at Heaven & Earth, specializing in Swedish/Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology and Bamboo massage.
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team, Casey has continued to dedicate herself to outstanding customer service, while maintaining close, personal relationships with her clientele.

After many years in the hospitality industry, I was honored, in 1999, to join in the creation of Heaven & Earth . I am married to Michael, very proud mother to Lisa (our proprietor) and Christopher, and grandmother to three beautiful granddaughters, Cameron, Lilli and Mila.

Lauren is a receptionist during our evening hours. Outstanding customer service with a smile is her number one priority. She boasts over 11 years of retail and management experience at both Victoria’s Secret and Clinique.

Front Desk Coodinator, Bridal Consultant
With over 30 years of experience, working in Retail Sales and Management, Phyllis is an ideal fit for her position as Senior Customer Service Manager at Heaven & Earth. Phyllis also enjoys coordinating bridal parties to ensure a stress-free day for all.
Since joining the Heaven & Earth team in 2004, Phyllis has continued to ensure the satisfaction of each and every client that visits the salon.
Rachel Grossman
Customer Service Representative
Rachel received her cosmetology degree from Gordon Phillips in 1994. She has previous experience and training at several area salons including Jay Michael Salon, Jean Madeline and A Shear Happening. A stylist for 13 years, she specialized in straightening treatments for course, textured hair.
At Heaven and Earth, Rachel currently enjoys the customer service side of the business. Her outgoing and friendly manner brings a smile to many client’s faces. They also benefit from her salon experience when making their appointments. Outstanding customer service with a smile is her number one priority.
